Returns
- Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, please reach out through our contact page with your order number.
- For hygiene reasons, bottles that have been used can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
Glass is carefully packed, but if anything arrives broken or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
